Matt Kulik
Matt is a finance professional that has spent his entire career working for startup and early growth stage companies, primarily in the medical device and healthcare technology industries. He has over 15 years of experience in financial leadership positions, most recently for Epion Health, where as Chief Financial Officer he helped lead the company to a successful exit event in 2022. Matt has a passion for working with small businesses and early stage companies where he can help set the financial foundation necessary for them to thrive and scale.
Matt received a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers Business School.

She has over 16 years of experience leading teams, streamlining processes and maintaining compliance with internal and industry regulations. Sarah has strong analytical skills and attention to detail that have been instrumental in identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimizing financial performance. Sarah is committed to delivering exceptional results results and contributing to the growth and success of any organization she serves.
Sarah received a bachelors's degree in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz.
